Refund & Return Policy
All skincare and personal care products sold by Acne Clinic NYC are considered final sale.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any skincare or personal care products once they have been purchased, including unopened items.
Individual results from skincare products may vary. We cannot offer refunds or returns based on skin reactions, sensitivities, allergies, or dissatisfaction with product performance.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at acneclinicnyc1@gmail.com.
Your message must include clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. A return shipping label may be provided if necessary.
Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Acne Clinic NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier or your local post office for further assistance.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, storage fees, and any other import-related costs imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the request has been reviewed and approved.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
